For the initial submission and review, authors are required to submit a preliminary paper of a maximum length of 4 pages. Please note that this 4-page limit applies only to the preliminary paper submitted for the review process.

Preliminary papers must be submitted in electronic format (.doc or .pdf) using the IEEE conference templates available at IEEE Conference Templates: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html. Papers must be submitted through the ISPS 2027 easychair conference system: http://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=isps2027 no later than March 1, 2027.

Please submit preliminary papers only. Abstract-only submissions will not be considered. Each submitted paper will be evaluated by three independent reviewers in accordance with the conference review process.

After acceptance, authors will be asked to submit the final paper. The final paper may be 4 pages or longer, provided that it complies with the IEEE formatting and publication requirements.

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and made available to participants at registration. The proceedings will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, subject to meeting IEEE requirements.

Final papers must comply with the IEEE Xplore PDF requirements. Please refer to the https://conferences.ieeeauthorcenter.ieee.org/write-your-paper/meet-ieee-xplore-requirements/ for detailed instructions.

For the submission of final papers, please use the re-submission option in EasyChair; do not create a new submission.

Please note that, prior to publication in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, authors are required to complete the appropriate IEEE electronic Copyright Form (eCF). A link to the eCF will be provided after the paper has been accepted for publication.

All authors are required to comply with the IEEE Plagiarism Policies. Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable and constitutes a serious breach of professional conduct.
