PAPER SUBMISSION
Full paper text should be uploaded in electronic format (.doc and .pdf) using templates at https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html through the ISPS 2027 easychair conference system: http://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=isps2027 before March 31, 2027. Please upload full papers directly, as abstract-only submissions will not be considered. In accordance with IEEE Xplore guidelines, every paper will be evaluated by three reviewers.
Presented papers will be published in the seminar proceedings, which will be distributed at the seminar registration and listed in IEEE explorer. Final papers must be submitted in compliance with IEEE Xplore’s PDF requirements, see https://conferences.ieeeauthorcenter.ieee.org/write-your-paper/meet-ieee-xplore-requirements/
For the submission of final papers, please use the re-submission option, i.e. please do not create a new submission. At the same time, please note that you must transfer your conference paper’s ownership or copyright to IEEE before it can be published in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library. You will receive a link to the eCF after your final paper is accepted for publication.
